  3. Prepare 3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

Instructions to make 🍰🍫Chocolate Brownies🍰🍫:
  1. 1/4 cup Plain yoghurt (mix well with 1/4 tsp leveled baking powder set aside 5 to 6 minute)
  2. Preheat oven to 400 F 200 C Gas Mark 6 and place the oven rack in the center of the oven. Line the bottom and sides of an 8 inch square cake pan with aluminum foil and lightly greased with butter.
  3. In a small bowl melt the butter in a microwave 20 to 25 seconds. - pour the melted butter into a large heatproof bowl. Stir in the sugar and cocoa powder. Whisk wire in the vanilla extract and eggs, one at a time, mixing until the batter is nice and glossy.
  4. In a small bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Fold this flour mixture into the batter. Finally, fold in the yoghurt mixture and chocolate chips.
  5. Pour into the prepared pan and smooth the top. Bake for about 20 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center has moist crumbs clinging to it. Remove from oven and place on a wire rack to cool to room temperature. When ready to cut the brownies, lift the aluminum foil out of the pan and, with a sharp knife and cut the brownies sprinkle some icing sugar and serv.
  6. #Tip: - - The aluminum foil should hang over the sides of the pan to make it easy to lift the brownies from the pan.
