  2. Take Asparagus
  3. Get Olive oil
  4. Take Butter
  5. Take Garlic minced
  6. Take Salt
  7. Get Pepper
  8. Prepare Paprika
  9. Make ready Fresh Parsley
  10. Take Lemon Juice

Instructions to make Roasted Lemon Butter Garlic Shrimp and Asparagus:
  1. Line large cookie sheet with tin foil
  2. Toss Asparagus with olive oil, minced garlic, salt and pepper
  3. Roast Asparagus mixture at 400 degrees for 6 minutes
  4. While cooking Asparagus, mix raw shrimp with 2 tbls of olive oil, minced garlic, salt, pepper, paprika, fresh parsley (all to taste) then add 2 tbls of melted butter and let marinate until Asparagus is done.
  5. Add shrimp mixture to other side of the pan. Cover shrimp and Asparagus with 1 tbls of melted butter.
  6. Put back in oven and roast 6 minutes (until Shrimp is opaque)
  7. Take out and drizzle with lemon juice (to your liking)
  8. Serve over pasta or rice, or eat as is.
