  1. Smashed cooked rice. Except sauce mix all ingredients.
  2. Knead it well and take handful of it.
  3. Press on palm, in center keep some cheese in between and make ball.
  4. Spray some oil on airfryer net. Then keep all balls on it. Again spray oil on it.
  5. Air-fry it for 15 mins on 350 F. Upper layer is so crispy while inside soft and cheesy. Serve hot with sauce
