We’re bombarded with ads for magic pills that are advertised to fix any problem right away. Of course, you may get better by taking a pill but not if you keep on doing the same old bad habits. As soon as your body wears out, you cannot get a new one, like your car. You must take care of your body while you have the ability to do so. Your body cannot run properly if it does not have adequate nutrition.

When you eat, do you eat out of convenience or taste without determining if what you are putting in your mouth is beneficial for you?
