  1. Get 4 large eggs
  2. Take 1 small bell pepper
  3. Get 1 small green bell pepper
  4. Make ready 1 small onion
  5. Take 2 green onions
  6. Take 4 can chicken breasts
  7. Make ready yellow mustard
  8. Make ready 2 cup Miracle Whip (adjust to taste)
  9. Prepare paprika
  10. Get Sweet Relish

It's simple, but with lots of flavor. I make it all the time when it's too hot to cook. I just bake the chicken or boil it in broth, then dice it up. I've made it with a variety of different nuts - pecans, walnuts - and low-fat mayonnaise.

Steps to make A simple "Chicken Salad ":
  1. Boil 4 eggs.
  2. While the eggs are cooking, dice some onion, green bell pepper, and green onions. Set to the side.
  3. Mix chicken, vegetables, Miracle Whip, sweet relish, and yellow mustard.
  4. Finally add chopped eggs. Top with paprika. Let cool in the fridge for at least 15 min. Enjoy!

Studies show that this particular amino acid can essentially induce brain waves. This helps raise your mental acuity while calming the rest of your body.
