  1. Prepare 1 kg chicken
  2. Get 2 tablespoons red chilli powder
  3. Get 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  4. Prepare 1/2 teaspoon pepper powder
  5. Make ready 2 tablespoons lime juice
  6. Prepare 1 teaspoon vinegar
  7. Get 1 tablespoon curd
  8. Take 12 cloves garlic
  9. Prepare 10 numbers green chilli
  10. Make ready 1 bunch coriander leaves
  11. Make ready 1 bunch curry leaves
  12. Get 6 tablespoons oil

Steps to make Special chiken fry:
  1. Clean the chicken  peices well
  2. Marinate the chicken peices with lime juice,red chilli powder,turmeric powder,pepper powder, curd and salt for 1 hour
  3. Heat oil in a pan and add the marinated chicken peices and fry.set aside
  4. Meanwhile in a chopper,chop ginger,garlic,green chillies and corriander leaves.
  5. In the remaing oil add chopped  spices and curry leaves and shallow fry.
  6. Then add the fried chicken peices with the spices and close the pan with lid and keep in low flame for 5 mins.
  7. Remove from heat
  8. Serve hot
