  7. Make ready 1 tbsp pepper
  8. Get 2 tbsp seasoning of choice
  9. Take 1/4 cup siracha sauce
  10. Take 1/4 cup sweet soy sauce
  11. Prepare 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
  12. Get 1 tbsp sesame oil
  13. Prepare 1 tbsp soy sauce
  14. Get 1 tbsp honey
  15. Prepare 2 tbsp sesame seeds

Instructions to make Chinese Chicken:
  1. Cut chicken breast into bite sized pieces and marinate in salt, pepper and seasoning of your choice.
  2. Coat chicken pieces in flour and fry in shallow oil until fully cooked.
  3. In sesame oil sautè your chopped onion and carrots for 4 minutes. Add cabbage and sautè for a further 2 minutes.
  4. In a bowl mix siracha sauce, sweet soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, honey and soy sauce.
  5. Add the chicken, the sauce and the sesame seeds to the vegetables and let it cook until well combined.
  6. Garnish with sesame seeds and spring onion. Enjoy.
