  1. Take 300 g chicken Breast (Boneless)
  2. Prepare 2 tbsp Unsalted Butter
  3. Make ready 1 Red Chilli Pepper - Mince
  4. Prepare 3 Bird's Eye Chilli - Mince
  5. Take 10 Curry Leaves
  6. Make ready 2 Pieces Chesdale Cheese
  7. Get 200 ml Evaporated Milk
  8. Prepare 1 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  9. Take Sugar & Salt for taste
  10. Make ready 2 tbsp Curry Powder
  11. Make ready 1 tbsp All Purpose Flour
  12. Prepare 1 tbsp Parmesan Cheese
  13. Prepare 1 Egg

Instructions to make Butter Chicken:
  1. For chicken marinade, mixed together Sugar, Salt, Curry Powder, All Purpose Flour, Parmesan Cheese and egg into bowl.
  2. Pour marinade over chicken. Cover it and put in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
  3. Fry chicken until it turn golden. Drain the excess oil.
  4. Heat up the pan with butter. Add red chilli pepper, birds eye chili and curry leaves. Stir until it smell good.
  5. Add evaporated milk stir until it boil. Add cheese and stir until it melt.
  6. Add black pepper powder and sugar for taste.
  7. Add the fried chicken. Stir till it blend together. Ready to serve.
