  9. Make ready 800 grams PORKTAIL /RIB OR ANY MEAT

  1. Cooking in pot on stove
  2. In pan brown pork together with ginger slice , garlic , , cinnamon stick and star anise
  3. Then add sauce coat well then pour stone's ginger wine bring it to a boil
  4. Simmer in pot with lid cover for 2 hours stiring every half hour then serve
  5. Or option cooking in preasure cooker on high for 40 minute
