The ingredients needed to make Pizza Sauce:
  1. Prepare 4 Red Tomatoes medium sized
  2. Take 1/4 cup Chopped Onions
  3. Get 2 tablespoon Olive Oil / Any Oil
  4. Take 2 tsp Finely chopped Garlic
  5. Prepare 2 tsp Basil Leaves / Tulsi Leaves
  6. Take 3/4 tsp Salt
  7. Prepare 1 tsp Sugar
  8. Make ready 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder / Lal Mirchi
  9. Prepare 1/2 tsp Oregano
  10. Prepare 1/4 tsp Chilli Flakes
  11. Take ¼ tsp Mixed Herbs (Optional)
  12. Get 1/4 tsp Black Pepper Powder
  13. Prepare 2 tsp Tomato Sauce (Ketchup)
  14. Prepare As required Water for Boiling

Instructions to make Pizza Sauce:
  1. In a heating pan, keep Water to boil, then take four washed medium sized Red Tomatoes and remove the edges.
  2. Give a slit X mark on bottom of the it, then put in a boiling Water, cover with the lid and boil for 4 Min or until Tomatoes’ skin can be removed.
  3. Then remove the Tomatoes from boiling Water, peel off the skin of Tomatoes and mash into puree with the help of masher.
  4. In cooking pan, add Olive Oil or any Oil, finely chopped Garlic and sauté for 1 to 2 Min.
  5. Then add chopped Onions and fry until turns golden brown.
  6. Then add mashed Tomato puree and stir for few min.
  7. Furthermore, add Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Oregano, Chilli Flakes, mixed herbs, Black Pepper Powder, Sugar, roughly chopped fresh Basil leaves and mix well and stir for 2 Min.
  8. Lastly add Tomato Sauce (Ketchup) and mix well.
  9. Now cover the lid and simmer the sauce on low flame for 5 min or until sauce turns thick.
  10. Pizza sauce is now ready.

Serotonin is referred to as the “feel good” chemical and it tells your brain how you should be feeling at all times. The higher your serotonin levels, the happier you will feel. Not just that but nuts, particularly, are a terrific protein food source.

If you wish to fight depression, try consuming some cold water fish. Salmon, herring, tuna fish, mackerel, trout, etcetera, they’re all chock-full of omega-3 and DHA. These are two substances that promote the quality and function of the grey matter in your brain. It’s true: chomping on a tuna fish sandwich can basically help you fight back depression.

Some grains are actually wonderful for fighting off bad moods. Quinoa, millet, teff and barley are all truly wonderful for helping increase your happiness levels. They help you feel full too which can truly help to better your mood. It’s not hard to feel depressed when you are starving! The reason these grains are so great for your mood is that they are easy for your stomach to digest. These foods are easier to digest than others which helps kick start a rise in your sugar levels which in turn kicks up your mood to a happier place.

Your mood can really be helped by green tea. You knew green tea had to be mentioned, right? Green tea is found to be rich in an amino acid referred to as L-theanine. Studies have shown that this amino acid actually stimulates brain waves. This helps better your mental sharpness while having a relaxing effect on the rest of your body. You knew that green tea helps you feel healthier. Now you know green tea can help improve your mood also!
