  1. Cut round slices of all the veggies. If using boiled egg, cut it in round slices too.
  2. Layer the bread slices with double thick cream.
  3. Place potato slices on the bread, followed by other vegetables.
  4. Sprinkle salt, paprika, coriander powder, garam masala. Sprinkle a little bit of lemon juice on top.
  5. Heat a non stick pan. Spread half teaspoon oil on it.
  6. Place your sandwich on it. Press it with a spatula. Flip it and press it again.
