  3. Get 1 tsp Emulsifier
  4. Make ready 250 gr Flour
  5. Make ready 50 gr Milk powder
  6. Prepare 200 ml Sprite

Instructions to make STEAMED SPONGE CAKE (Bolu Kukus):
  1. Preheat steamer. Mix flour and milk powder, sifted and then set aside.
  2. Mixer eggs, white sugar and emulsifier until thick (about 10 minutes).
  3. Stir in the flour alternately with the sprites while shaken until thick.
  4. Take a little dough aside, add the dye according to taste.
  5. Pour batter as high as 3/4 up the white baking paper cup, put the colored dough on top.
  6. Steam until cooked (about 15 minutes). Remove from the mold, ready to be served.

Feeling hungry can truly make you feel terrible! The reason these grains elevate your mood is that they are not hard to digest. These foods are easier to digest than others which helps promote a rise in your sugar levels which in turn brings up your mood to a happier place.

Research has found that this amino acid stimulates the production of brain waves. This helps sharpen your mental energy while at the same time relaxing the rest of your body.
