Instructions to make Steam Cake with soda drinks:
  1. Place all ingredients together in a big bowl, then lastly add soda water. Once pour the soda water into the flour, beat it right away. Beat with high speed, about 10 min, so colour turning pale.
  2. Divide dough into 3 bowls to put food colouring in it. One of bowl just basic batter. It does not need colour. Or more then 3 as a demand. 😊
  3. Arrange batter into steam cake molds that already has a cupcake liner in it. Start with white than continue with the other colours.
  4. Before steaming, make sure water is boiled with high heat. Steam about 10 - 15 minutes
  5. Cake emulsifier
