  2. Make ready 1 bottle of hot sauce of your choice i like red rooster or crystal
  3. Prepare 1/2 stick of butter or margarine
  4. Get 4 tbsp honey or
  5. Take 3 tbsp of apricot preserves (really yummy)
  6. Take 1 vegetable oil
  7. Get 1 seasoning creole seasoning, garlic powder, black pepper

Instructions to make Dani's Famous Saucy Hot Wings:
  1. preheat oven at 350°F
  2. add oil to skillet enough to fry chicken and let tht preheat while you season your chicken wings, let them sit about 15-20 mins
  3. start frying the chicken just until it starts to brown on both sides
  4. remove chicken and drain off excess grease
  5. put hot sauce, honey/preserves and butter in a microwave safe dish and heat up for 3 mins. stir and taste. if u need more honey (if u want a little sweeter) add another tbsp or so.
  6. poor sauce all over wings and put in oven
  7. turn oven up to 425 and let finish cooking for 10-15 mins
  8. once chicken is finished put chicken under broiler until they start to get a glaze and brown a little
  9. serve with mac and cheese and green beans
  10. total prep and cook time 45 mins to an hour
