  1. Take 5 cup Basmati Rice or Long grain rice.
  2. Prepare 10 cup Vegetable stock
  3. Get 2 1/2 tsp tumeric powder
  4. Make ready 1 1/4 cup Almonds slice ( Toasted)
  5. Get 2 1/2 cup fresh Mangoes chunks
  6. Take 3 3/4 cup fresh pineapple chunks
  7. Prepare 1 2/3 cup Raisins
  8. Get 2 1/2 cup Cucumbers, chopped
  9. Make ready 2 1/2 stalks celery ,chopped
  10. Make ready 3 cup shredded coconut

Instructions to make Hawaiian Rice Salad:
  1. For the dressing
  2. 1cup and 4 tablespoons lemon juice
  3. 1 cup honey
  4. 10 tablespoons pineapple juice
  5. 5 gloves garlic chopped
  6. salt to taste
  7. black. pepper to taste
  8. wash rice thoroughly
  9. In a pan , bring stock and tumaric powder to a boil.
  10. add rice.
  11. Simmer until rice is cooked.
  12. spread on try to cool.
  13. Whisk dressing ingredients together in a large bowl.
  14. Taste and adjust seasoning.
  15. In a bowl, mix rice with pineapple, mango,almonds black raisins, cucumber and celery.
  16. Gently fold in the dressing.
  17. Garnish almonds and coconut
