The ingredients needed to make Nuty and chocolaty Rice roti wrap:
  1. Take 1/2 cup Rice flour
  2. Get 1 tbsp wheat flour or plain flour
  3. Prepare Pinch salt (optional)
  4. Prepare 1/2 cup hot water to knead dough.,(or as required)
  5. Take 3/4 bowl melted chocolate compounds both dark and white
  6. Take Some chopped nuts of ur choice
  7. Get 1 tsp ghee

Instructions to make Nuty and chocolaty Rice roti wrap:
  1. Take rice flour and 1tbsp wheat flour/plain flour (I have used wheat flour)in a bowl..Add pinch of salt.
  2. Knead a dough using hot water and keep aside for 5 min.
  3. Meanwhile melt chocolate compounds on double boiler or in microwave.
  4. Add chopped nuts and mix.
  5. Now take a rice dough make it smooth /knead using 1/2 tsp of ghee.
  6. Divide it into 2 portions
  7. Dust with flour and Roll it with rolling pin…As we roll chapati.
  8. Roast from both sides.
  9. Now place a rice roti on board and spread melted chocolate mix over it.
  10. Spread some more nuts.
  11. Roll it and dip into the chocolate bowl from one side (1/4 part).So that we don't need to secure it with anything.
  12. Let it cool for few min.and serve.
