  13. Prepare 1/2 tsp red chilli powder

  1. Pre heat oven at 180 °, before 30 min:
  2. Dough:.. In a large bowl put maida(sift), salt, oil, milk powder. Nhead with yiest water, cover and put at warm place for 1 hour.
  3. Marinate chicken with all spices for 30 min:. Take a pan put 2 Tbsp oil and cook at medium flame till done.
  4. Sauce:.. In the fry pan put oil, add garlic, when golden add onion saute, add tomatoes, spices.cool and blend with ketchup.
  5. Assembling:.. Knead dough again. In a pizza tray or any baking tray, spread little oil and maida.spread dough, put 2 Tbsp sauce, chicken. Vegs, cheese, oregano and chilli flakes. Put in oven for 15-20 min
  6. When done, grill for 2 minutes.
