  5. Take 15 ounce chickpea
  6. Take 2 cup 5 minutes rice "instant" rice
  7. Take 15 ounce mixed vegetables
  8. Take 1 large aubergine eggplant
  9. Prepare 1 medium onion
  10. Make ready 1 rib of celery
  11. Take 15 ounce can of beef broth
  12. Make ready 1 cup water
  13. Make ready 1-1/4 pound ground chuck

  18. Make ready 2 cup 5 minutes rice "instant" rice

  23. Take 15 ounce can of beef broth
  24. Get 1 cup water
  25. Prepare 1/2 cup seasoned breadcrumbs

  28. Make ready To taste red wine vinegar instead of hot vinegar sauce

Steps to make Sausage, Beef, and Beans:
  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Peel and dice the aubergine add a little bit of salt to it and let sit for 10 minutes.
  2. Brown the beef and sausage. Add the onion and celery to the meat as it browns. Drain and lightly rinse the aubergine.
  3. When the beef and sausage and mix is simmering add the aubergine.
  4. Mix all the beans, peas broth and mixed vegetables.
  5. Pour the all the spices in with the meat and aubergine.
  6. Add the rice stir
  7. Add beans pea mixture to the rice and meat mixture
  8. Stir well bring to a boil. Add the breadcrumbs stir in well and put into the oven for 30 minutes covered.
  9. Take out of oven and let rest 10 minutes covered.
  10. Serve I hope you enjoy!!
